Enterprise capability & context control plane

Connect developers and AI assistants to approved enterprise capabilities.

ATLAS is a governed gateway for APIs, MCP servers, AI agents, applications, teams, runbooks, and organizational context. Use it to find approved integration points, retrieve enterprise context, understand ownership, and control what humans and AI assistants are allowed to use.

How ATLAS layers

ATLAS adds the catalog, governance, context, and connection UX. Two open-source pieces handle agent execution and the MCP runtime; bridges in this repo keep them in sync with the catalog.

ATLAS (this repo)

Catalog · governance · context · audit · connect / register UX · ATLAS-as-MCP

agentgateway (bundled service)

Runtime data plane that proxies and enforces — driven by ATLAS runtime plans via the bridge-gw sidecar.

agentregistry (host-side CLI)

Developer tool (arctl) that runs a local daemon for agent/MCP-tool authoring. Bridge connects when present; not deployed in cluster.

What can I do here?

  • Developer integration

Find approved APIs, MCP servers, tools, and agents — with owner, risk, approval, and setup instructions.

  • AI assistant setup

Generate a one-endpoint ATLAS-as-MCP config for Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, or a custom client.

  • Enterprise search

Ask ATLAS for owners, runbooks, approval paths, and approved tools using plain language.

  • Register or manage

Service owners register capabilities, attach runbooks, and maintain plain-language summaries.

  • Governance review

Security and leadership see risk, AI accessibility, ownership gaps, stale records, and metadata-only policies.

  • Audit

Every capability view, access request, policy simulation, and runtime plan is recorded with trace IDs.

Enforcement status on this prototype is metadata-only unless explicitly stated per capability.
